To reach a sustainable solution to a project of this scale, we have to solve the problem on three levels.
Environmentally :-
Adopting the resort with the surrounding environment “topography nature and climatic conditions “
1 using the wind to generate electricity using vertical wind turbines
2 using wind to cool down northern elevs to decrease thermal load
3 using photovoltaic panels directed automatically to gain the most possipole amount of energy
4 using grey water to irrigate green areas through out the site
5 using methane From Black Water to gain energy through methane energy Cycle~
Socially:-
Gathering places all over the project are scattered in a way to let people communicate among them and create an atmosphere of friendship and family, while preserving each unit privacy.
Economically
Commercial activities will be adapted to the areas suitable for this like the level differences. Also the electricity generators from wind, water and sun to achieve the lowest operation costs during the project lifetime
